With a prior background as an arts program coordinator, working with arts, schools and community projects and adult education programs, Pauline moved into commercial project management work. She has managed project operations for delivery environments including airline, engineering, telecommunications and mining. Pauline has successfully combined her professional experience and qualifications in the area of learning and development for the VET sector.
Combining her adult education background, industry experience, qualifications in project management, and more recently training and assessment, provides for a strong basis to deliver learning and development products and services.

Pauline is a member of the Project Management Institute, USA with a masters degree in project management form RMIT University, Melbourne and a Bachelor of Education, Victoria College.
